Simplify Life In The Newsroom
How AI & Language Technology Can Help
The SELMA User Day is a full-day meeting with a focus on how language technology can be used in the newsroom including media production (e.g. subtitling for accessibility) and news media monitoring. In the morning there will be presentations and a panel discussion. After lunch there will be “corners” with various workshops and “lab” activities. The user stands in the middle of all these activities!
People gather to exchange ideas, discuss and try out language tools and technologies in the context of European research projects.
