Why are we there?
SELMA, featuring the Monitio and plain X use cases, will be the subject of a poster presentation by Peggy van der Kreeft, Innovation Manager at Deutsche Welle, at META-FORUM 2023 in Brussels on 27 June. This event is organized in the framework of the second European Language Equality (ELE) conference on Digital Language Equality for a Multilingual Europe. We will show how SELMA technologies have been implemented in Monitio and plain X.
SELMA is developing an Open Source platform for AI speech and text technologies, including MT models for high and low-resourced languages. It targets at monitoring media and the newsroom.
